Mr. Hernandez-Barajas is a graduate of Christian Brothers University and a DREAMer ((immigrant youth who qualifies for the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act) who received a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) scholarship for college). He has worked in education for more than five years.
