What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
As soon as I walked into Alma I felt so comfortable and at home. The staff and children were all so friendly!
What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
I hope to provide a safe space for children to learn and thrive 🙂
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
Ms. Anastasia helped me through a difficult time in my life during high school. She was so honest and comforting and I thank her for being a great listener and offering kind advice and being so relatable and understanding.
Why did you become involved in education?
I love kids! Children are our greatest resources and I love nothing more than to be a part of shaping and guiding them.
Where did you go to college or post-secondary school?
Northeastern University
What did you like about your college?
Its diversity.
What is your favorite food?
I love pretty much all Cape Verdean and Spanish food 🙂
