What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
My passion in working with children in the community I grew up in.
What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
My eight years of experience with working towards empowering and mentoring children with many diverse and cultural backgrounds.
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
Mrs. Brennon my sixth grade teacher. When I graduated from elementary school Mrs. Brennon pulled me aside and encouraged me to stay on my path and continue being a leader that I would one day make a difference in a lot of people’s life’s.
Why did you become involved in education?
When a close friend introduced me to the therapeutic mentoring program it was then when I realized my true calling which is to work with children.
