Meet Miss Bulgar

Miss Bulgar will be an Associate Teacher at Alma’s Frederick Douglass Campus.

What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
My sister is a teacher here and loves her scholars and coworkers. So I decided to join the team.

What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
Help with diversity and continuing to help children be successful

What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
Ms. Hunchard who was my cosmetology teacher. She always showed love to her students. She was like another mom and made it fun.

Why did you become involved in education?
I became involved with education because someday I would like to get into social work with children. So this experience will help me when working with students.

Where did you go to college or post-secondary school?
I started at Framingham State University for 2 1/2 years, then I transferred to University of Massachusetts Lowell and received my Bachelors in Sociology Spring 2021.

What did you like about your college?
I loved meeting so many people and making good friends.

What is your favorite food?
Barbecue Ribs.

What is your favorite book?
Clique Series
