Ms. Carpenter began her career in education as a teacher in the Imagine Schools charter network in Florida. After teaching elementary and middle school for 13 years, she moved into leadership roles, first as an Assistant School Leader, and later as a Dean of Student Support. She has eight total years of principal experience, including her most recent role as principal of a school in Rhode Island. She is excited to be part of the Alma community.
