What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
I decided to join Alma to grow as an educator! Alma seems invested in the professional development of their staff, and I am excited for my continued growth!

I hope to contribute to Alma’s dedication to their students’ development and academic success.
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
My high school Algebra teacher, Mr. Matos, made a difference in my life by teaching me the importance of perseverance, self-disciple, and building personal relationships with every student.
Why did you become involved in education?
I decided to go into education for the impact teachers have on their students’ lives. I am dedicated to investing in the lives of young people and advocating for their success.
Where did you go to college or post-secondary school?
I went to Bridgewater State University.
What did you like about your college?
The professors absolutely adored their content and it showed in their teaching!
What is your favorite food?
Mexican cuisine is the key to my heart.
What is your favorite book?
Do I have to pick just one? The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom, The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood, Love Does by Bob Goff, just to name a few.
