What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
I decided to join the Crew at Alma because of their commitment to helping each scholar succeed in both the classroom and in the world.
What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
At Alma I hope that I can contribute by being someone who helps scholars grow and find ways to explore what they are passionate about in the various stages of life that they are in.
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
One of my College English Professors made a difference in my life by taking the time to sit down with me and have conversations after class about anything and everything. These conversations really resonated with me and showed me that he cared about who I was as a person. Adjusting to being in a new setting in college could be challenging at times, but it was always nice to know that one of my teachers was there for me if I needed.
Why did you become involved in education?
I became involved in education because I wanted work in a setting where I could have the opportunity to interact with students from all walks of life and help them see that there is something really exciting about learning each day. And because every day in the classroom is never the same.

Wheaton College
What did you like about your college?
I liked the tight knit community that allowed me to build strong connections with my peers and professors.
