Meet Ms. Correia!

What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
My friend who had worked for Alma in the past told me about an open position. She had always spoke so highly about the school and staff and told me how she was always learning and always supported.

What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
I hope to contribute new creative ways of thinking, enhance problem solving skills, and to encourage critical thinking.

What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
My older sister, Chelsea Cunningham. She is a P.E Teacher in Harwich and also the head volleyball coach at OA High School. She is an incredible role model, puts others before herself always, is the most intelligent person I know, and is kind to everyone she meets. She sets the bar high.

Why did you become involved in education?
I wanted to be a positive asset to my community and I hope to create a fun and safe environment for scholars.

Where did you go to college or post-secondary school?
Suffolk University and Bridgewater State University

What did you like about your college?
The sense of community the campus and students gave, and how proud everyone who goes there was of our school. Everyday is a great day to be a bear!
