I decided to join. the Crew at Alma because I liked the idea of having a mentor and working as a team.

I hope to contribute to Alma by supporting students with math and showing kindness.
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
Mr. Graf my high school math teacher made a difference in my life because he always took the time to help me when I was having trouble with Algebra.
Why did you become involved in education?
I was a special education student and my teachers supported me in taking the courses to get me into college. I wanted to have the same impact as they had on me.

I enjoyed my social work job experience the most because. it involved helping teens in a city.
