What made you decide to join the Crew at Alma?
My motivation for joining the school crew is the values that the school promotes. I strongly believe in their mission to promote strong values and a sense of community. I wanted to be a part of something that would make a positive impact on the lives of children. I am excited to be a part of the school crew.
What do you hope to contribute to Alma?
As a Registered Behavior Tech I hope to use my skills to help children thrive, I believe that by providing the right support and guidance, children can reach their full potential. I want to use my skills to empower them to make healthy, positive choices and build strong relationships. I am passionate about helping children reach their goals and achieve success.
What teacher made a difference in your life, and how?
My college professor Mrs. Vendmark, she believed in me even when I couldn’t believe in myself. She encouraged me and was a source of support and guidance throughout my first semester in college. I owe my success and confidence to her belief in me.
Why did you become involved in education?
About 7 years ago, I became involved in education as a toddler lead teacher, and I immediately knew that o wanted to work with children. I entered the field of ABA two years ago. Since then, I have earned my RBT certification and I am working towards my BCBA certification. My passion for the field of ABA drives me to continue to grow and learn more.

What did you like about your college?
What I like about college is that I have the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and explore new ideas. I am also taking classes that challenge me and help me grow as a person.

Sushi, Mexican food and Shrimp Mozambique
