Please join us for our annual Back to School Night! To ensure a safe experience for all, we are doing a virtual event this year. You will join via Zoom. You will get to experience a virtual tour of your scholar’s classroom as well as an introduction to this school year from their teacher.
- Classroom teachers will lead 20 minute sessions at 4:30, 5:10, and 5:30. All three sessions will be identical. This will allow families with multiple scholars to attend sessions for multiple teachers all in one night.
- You will join each teacher via Zoom. We will send out a list of Zoom links to all families via text and on our website the day before the event.
- Some other staff will be available online during that hour, including our Co-Curricular teachers, Families Helping Families team, and Secondary Schools Guidance Counselor. Families can check in with those staff members if they are interested to learn more about their programs. Their Zoom links will also be provided to all families.
- Scholars will have the option to bring home a Chromebook that day to ensure all families have a device to use to join Back to School Night.
- We will have a schedule of translators available.
Each campus will hold a virtual raffle drawing for two (2) Alma del Mar fleece jackets or crew neck sweatshirts!! All you have to do is attend at least one teacher session and then participate in a brief, fun activity at the end!
