Alma Afterschool Program information for Fall 2021

Alma Families,

Our new Afterschool Program, open to all scholars in grades K-8 at all of our sites, launched on Monday, Sept. 27! The program will run Monday through Thursday from 3:30-4:45 pm at each site.

Grades K-4

Afterschool programming will take place on Monday through Thursday from 3:30-4:45 pm at the campus your scholar attends (Sarah D. Ottiwell Campus or Frederick Douglass Campus). Scholars are expected to be picked up by 4:45 pm.

Grades 5-8

Scholars in grades 5-8 will have several new opportunities taking place either at the scholar’s campus, or at an off-site location. Alma is offering afterschool activities for middle school scholars on Monday through Thursday. All activities will end by 4:45 pm and scholars should be picked up at 4:45 pm.

Additionally, a late bus will be available for our middle school scholars , which will depart at 5:00pm Monday – Thursday. This bus is offered only for our middle school scholars who are on campus; all scholars who are off-site must be picked up by families. All middle school scholars riding the late bus will be dropped off at a designated bus drop-off location.
